What We Supply

SJEC (Suzhou Jiangnan Jiajie) is one of China’s largest escalator manufacturers, so our SJEC range is unusually strong on escalator running gear — steps, step chains, handrails, combs and truss components — alongside the full set of elevator spares for SJEC passenger and freight lifts. Parts are matched by SJEC part number or by sample, and export packing is standard.

Models We Cover

SJEC escalators and moving walks in commercial and transit configurations, SJEC passenger lifts and panoramic lifts, machine-room-less units, freight and vehicle lifts, and SJEC units already retrofitted with a third-party controller. Because SJEC machines are widely re-exported and sometimes re-badged, we confirm the build from the nameplate and the truss or machine data rather than from the local brand on the car.

Escalator: aluminium and stainless steps, step chains and chain rollers, step rollers and axles, handrails and newel returns, comb plates and comb segments, skirt panels and skirt brushes, demarcation profiles, handrail drive rollers and brake assemblies. Elevator: control boards, inverters, door operators and door rollers, buttons, indicators, governors, safety gear, buffers, guide shoes and ropes.

Shipping & Warranty

Standard sizes ship in 5–7 working days from our own production and partner factories; made-to-order items in 15–25 days. Courier express 3–7 days, sea or rail for full containers. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP; T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal or card. Warranty is 12 months as standard and 18 months on running-gear sets. CE / EN 81-50 documentation and EAC certificates can be prepared for regulated destinations.

Q1. My escalator carries a local brand but I think it is SJEC-built — can you help?

Yes, this is common. Send photos of the truss plate, step underside and handrail profile and we can usually confirm the original builder and match the parts.

Q2. Do you sell handrails cut to length?

Yes. Handrails are supplied cut and joined to your measured length, or as coil stock for site splicing — tell us which you prefer when ordering.

Q3. Can steps and chains be supplied as a matched set?

Recommended, in fact. Mixed new and worn components wear unevenly; a matched set costs a little more and lasts considerably longer.
