What We Supply

Spare parts for LG-built elevators and escalators, including the LG Sigma range produced before the business was folded into Otis Korea. We supply control electronics, drives, door systems, fixtures and safety components, and we support both the original LG numbering and the later Otis-Korea cross-references, which is where most ordering errors happen.

Models We Cover

LG geared and gearless passenger lifts, machine-room-less residential units, hospital and freight lifts, LG escalators and moving walks, plus the LG Sigma and Sigma-branded variants that share the same platforms. Installations already migrated onto Otis controllers are supported by matching the machine and interface rather than the original LG model code.

Stock items ship in 2–4 working days; factory orders in 7–20 days. Express courier 3–7 days worldwide, sea or rail freight for consolidated orders. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP; payment by T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal or card. 12-month warranty as standard, 18–24 months on framework volumes. CE / EN 81-50 and EAC documentation available, and we can consolidate multiple brands into one shipment to save freight.

Q1. LG no longer exists as an elevator brand — can I still get parts?

Yes. We supply OEM-equivalent and refurbished parts for the LG installed base, and cross-reference to the Otis-Korea successor number where one exists.

Q2. Is LG Sigma the same as Sigma?

They share platforms and many components, but the numbering differs. Send both the nameplate and the component label so we can confirm which variant fits.

Q3. Do you accept single-piece orders?

Yes, one piece is fine. There is no minimum order value, and repeat customers get tiered pricing automatically.
