Sigma units are widely installed in Korea, the Middle East and Eastern Europe, and our stock reflects the parts that actually fail in the field rather than a full catalogue listing.

Sigma machine-room-less passenger lifts, geared and gearless mid-rise units, freight and hospital lifts, and Sigma commercial escalators. Because Sigma shares platforms and components with the LG Sigma joint-venture range, we verify the build sheet before shipping — the same model name can hide two different controller generations, and the boards are not interchangeable between them.

Shipping & Warranty

In-stock parts dispatch in 2–4 working days; factory orders in 7–20 days. DHL/FedEx/UPS express in 3–7 days, sea or rail for consolidated shipments. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP; T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal or card. Warranty is 12 months as standard and 18–24 months on volume agreements. CE / EN 81-50 files and EAC documentation available on request, and we can pack to your part labels for your own warehouse.

FAQ

Q1. My Sigma unit was built with LG components — does that change the part?

Sometimes it does. LG Sigma machines use LG-era numbering for several assemblies, so send the nameplate and the component label and we will match the correct variant.

Q2. Can you cross-reference a part when the label is unreadable?

Yes, in most cases. A photo of the board layout, connector arrangement and machine type is usually enough to identify the generation and find the equivalent.

Q3. What is the lead time on non-stock electronics?

Typically 15–25 working days including bench testing, and we will tell you at quotation stage if an item is likely to fall outside that window.
