What We Supply

ONE is our own house-brand programme: aftermarket components engineered to the original interface, produced in the same factories that supply OEM programmes, and sold with our own traceability and warranty. The ONE line exists for the parts where brand premium buys no extra life — belts, rollers, brushes, combs, buttons, guide shoes, buffers and similar wearing items.

Models We Cover

ONE parts are specified by interface, not by brand marketing name: shaft diameter, bore and bearing type, chain pitch and tooth count, durometer, mounting pattern and connector pin-out. That means one part number can legitimately serve Otis, KONE, Mitsubishi, TKE, Hitachi, Toshiba, Fujitec and Chinese-built machines. Send the OEM number or a sample and we will confirm the crossover in writing before you order.

Common Replacement Parts

Polyurethane and rubber rollers of every type, step and chain rollers, guide shoes and inserts, door rollers and hangers, comb plates and comb segments, skirt and step brushes, buffers, buttons and button bezels, indicator lamps and LED modules, belts, couplings and handrail inlet components. Steel items such as steps, chains, sills and brackets are supplied under the Jufeng line where tooling already exists.

Shipping & Warranty

Stock items ship in 48 hours; made-to-order items in 7–15 days. Express courier 3–7 days worldwide, sea or rail for consolidated orders. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP; T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal or card. Warranty is 18 months on standard ONE parts. Every batch is dimensionally and hardness tested in-house, and we keep retained samples so repeat orders match the first one exactly.

ONE is our aftermarket programme. It is not affiliated with any elevator manufacturer; it is our own specification, built to fit the original interface, and priced accordingly.

Q2. How do I know a ONE part will fit my machine?

We confirm the crossover against your OEM part number or a physical sample before we invoice. If it does not fit, we replace it or refund — that commitment is written into the quotation.

Q3. Can ONE parts be branded with our own label?

Yes. Private-label packaging, laser marking and documentation are available from modest volumes, which is why several distributors carry the same parts under their own name.
