Q1. Is Mitsubishi the same as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries?

They are separate product lines. We identify yours from the nameplate — Mitsubishi Electric (NEXWAY, Elenessa, MAXIEZ) or MHI — and quote accordingly, because the parts are not interchangeable.

Q2. Can you supply obsolete SPVF boards?

In many cases yes, as refurbished or reversed-engineered equivalents. Send the board type and a clear photo; we will confirm availability within 24 hours.

Q3. Do you ship complete escalator step sets?

Yes. Steps, chains and comb sets are commonly ordered together as a matched set to avoid uneven wear — ask for the set price.
