What We Supply

Canny is China’s largest domestic elevator manufacturer by volume and the first Chinese brand to enter the global top ten, so parts availability matters to a large and growing export fleet. We supply Canny control electronics, drives, door systems, fixtures and safety components, plus escalator running gear and modernisation parts for earlier Canny generations.

Canny passenger lifts and machine-room-less units, high-speed commercial lifts, hospital and freight lifts, villa lifts, and Canny escalators and moving walks. Canny also supplies complete units to overseas partners under their own branding, so we identify the build from the controller generation, the machine data and the job number rather than relying on the nameplate brand alone.

Stock items dispatch in 2–4 working days; factory orders in 7–20 days. DHL/FedEx/UPS express 3–7 days, sea or rail for consolidated shipments. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP; T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal or card. Warranty 12 months as standard, 18–24 months on framework volumes. CE / EN 81-50 files, EAC certificates and SABER documentation available, with container consolidation for distributors holding multiple brands.
