What We Supply

We supply spare parts for the full thyssenkrupp Elevator (TKE) installed base — control electronics, drives, door systems, safety components and escalator running gear. Because TKE has changed platform names several times, we identify parts by controller generation and cabinet label rather than by marketing name, which is the only reliable way to avoid shipping the wrong revision.

Models We Cover

Synergy and Evolution 200 / 300, enta and endura, the TWIN and MULTI systems, ISIS and other machine-room-less platforms, plus hydraulic and freight variants. Legacy thyssen and Dover-derived units are also supported. Escalators and moving walks: Tugela and Velino escalators, Orinoco moving walks, and units modernised with current-generation TKE controllers.

Common Replacement Parts

MC1 / MC2 / MC3 control boards, TMI interface boards, CPI and CSI inverter modules, door operators with motors, belts, rollers and couplings, hall and car fixtures and displays, safety gear and overspeed governors, buffers, guide shoes, ropes and travel cables. Escalator: steps and step chains, handrails and handrail drive units, comb plates and comb segments, step and chain rollers, skirt brushes, and brake and drive assemblies.

Shipping & Warranty

Stock items dispatch in 2–4 working days, factory orders in 7–20 days. DHL/FedEx/UPS express in 3–7 days, sea or rail freight for consolidation. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP; payment by T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal or card. 12-month warranty as standard, extended to 18–24 months for framework customers. CE / EN 81-50 documentation and EAC certificates available for regulated markets.

Q1. Do you cover Dover and older Thyssen units?

Yes. Send the controller label or cabinet photo — Dover-era installations are identified by their own part numbering, and we cross-reference them before quoting.

Q2. Can you supply TWIN / MULTI components?

We supply the shared wear parts, door and safety components, and cabinet-level spares. Proprietary TWIN/MULTI software items must go through TKE; we will tell you honestly which is which.

Q3. Is there a minimum order value?

No minimum value, one piece is enough. Volume breaks start at 10 pieces and at container level.
