What We Supply

Hyundai Elevator spares covering control and drive electronics, door systems, fixtures, safety gear and escalator running gear. Hyundai units are heavily exported and are now common in Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia and Latin America, so our inventory is built around the wearing components that keep those fleets running between major overhauls.

Models We Cover

Hyundai STVF and W-series geared/gearless machines, LUXEN and other machine-room-less platforms, high-speed commercial units, hospital and freight lifts, and Hyundai escalators and moving walks including metro and heavy-traffic installations. Units already modernised with Hyundai’s current control package are supported by controller generation rather than by marketing model name.

Control boards and CPU modules, inverter and converter units, door operators with motors, belts, rollers and encoders, hall and car push buttons, indicators and displays, levelling sensors, limit switches, overspeed governors, safety gear, buffers, guide shoes, rollers and wire ropes. Escalator: steps and step chains, handrails and newel assemblies, comb plates and comb segments, step and chain rollers, skirt brushes and handrail drive units.

Shipping & Warranty

Stock parts dispatch in 2–4 working days; factory orders in 7–20 days depending on quantity. DHL/FedEx/UPS express in 3–7 days, sea or rail for consolidated shipments. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP; T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal or card. Warranty is 12 months as standard, 18–24 months on project volumes. CE / EN 81-50 files, EAC certificates and SABER documentation prepared on request.

FAQ

Q1. Can you identify my unit if the nameplate is painted over?

Usually yes. Photos of the machine, controller cabinet and door operator will normally identify the platform and generation well enough to quote accurately.

Q2. Do you stock Hyundai escalator handrails?

Common profiles are held in stock; others are made to order in 10–15 days from your sample or profile drawing, with the durometer and internal slider confirmed before production.

Q3. Can you combine Hyundai and other-brand parts in one shipment?

Yes — most of our export customers consolidate several brands into one container or one courier box, and we pack and label per purchase order line.
